The Project
Brookfield Estate Renovation
This estate had good bones but a layout that no longer matched the way the family lived. We reimagined the entire home — opening the main floor, rethinking the circulation, and unifying every finish into a single, cohesive palette. The result is a home that feels entirely new while retaining the character of the original structure.
Scope of Work
- Full main-floor reconfiguration
- New kitchen & butler's pantry
- Primary suite transformation
- Unified material & finish palette
- Custom millwork throughout
- Outdoor living connection
